Peep the exerpt from the press release on the eviction notice, whatchu all think? I'm a bit dissapointed with Gov. Fashola but I won't deny that I don't know all the facts about this disturbing issue and ongoing faceoff with the doctors and the state government but is this the mandate people fought for? Is this the way to handle such matter?
Consequent upon your dismissal from the service of the Lagos State government with effect from May 4, 2012 and in accordance with the civil service rule 13115, no officer shall continue to occupy state government quarters after the date on which his resignation/ dismissal takes effect.
In view of the above, you are hereby requested to submit the keys to the quarters to the Secretary of Staff Housing Board.
